Shipping & Return Policy

Aerosock double checks all orders for Accuracy. Different items ship in different amounts of time. We try to ship all orders in 1-7 days. If you need your order expedited, please mark this on your order ticket or contact us.

How Will Orders Ship

All orders ship via UPS to a physical address, unless size and weight require that the items must go via common carrier (LTL). All freight charges are the responsibility of the ordering company and are calculated during check out and added to the final invoice. You will not be charged more than the amount displayed on your order. There are rare instances that the UPS shipping calculator does not compute the shipping charges exactly right. In the event that freight is more than the amount displayed on your order, you will be contacted with a corrected amount for approval. We will not ship or charge more than the displayed amount without written approval from the recipient. Orders ship during business operational days: Monday through Friday.

Expedited Orders

Please note all Air Shipments have an estimated freight Cost and you will be contacted if the charges exceed the published price. Air shipments generally ship within 24 hours of receipt of order, or the following business day after it is placed. Ship dates may vary due to stock levels and the fact that some items are made to order, please call or email if your order is time sensitive.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service. All returns must have a Return Authorization in order to be processed.

Stock items from the website can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchanged. 

In cases such as buyers remorse and others where Aerosock is not at fault, the shipping charges may not be refundable and the customer may be responsible for cost of the return freight. This depends on the order and freight amount.
